Policy for returning and exchanging items-

  • You are able to create a return request for the following causes.
  • Items in your order that are either missing or damaged upon arrival.
  • The product received does not match the description provided on the website.
  • Had a change of heart about the items you purchased.
  • To receive a complete refund, you must return the product in its original condition with the product tag and secure packaging, free of any damage.
  • Approval for returns will require 2-4 business days to be processed.
  • You must ensure the promotional gift, warranty cards, and any other items that were included in your order are included.
  • You must provide the order invoice to the pickup individual as evidence of your purchase.
  • You can return the product as long as it is within seven days of the delivery.
  • Items labeled as “Not eligible for Return” on the product page cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.
  • Items that are on clearance, promotional products, and gifts cannot be returned.
  • The initial cost for shipping will be subtracted from the refund total.

If the payment method chosen is Cash on Delivery (COD), in accordance with the RBI payment settlement act 2007, we are unable to reimburse your bank account. In place of that, we will reimburse the sum to your Techno Sportswear (P) Ltd store wallet as store credit.

  • If the order is prepaid, a refund will be issued to your bank account or original payment mode within 7-10 working days.
  • If you have utilized the Techno Sportswear (P) Ltd wallet credit by itself or with another payment method for your purchase, your bank account will not receive a refund. Instead of that, we will credit the refund amount to your Techno Sportswear (P) Ltd store wallet as store credit.
  • Refunds will be issued once the courier confirms the return.
  • Value of coupon code, loyalty points, and products.
